Shipping policy

AdBox ships boxes to sellers; sellers ship parcels to customers. Here's where our responsibility starts and ends.

What AdBox ships

We deliver batches of flat-packed printed boxes to matched sellers, free of charge, sized and scheduled against the seller's stated volume. Batch delivery timelines are confirmed at matching.

What AdBox does not do

AdBox is not a courier or shipping company. Parcels sent by sellers to their customers travel via the seller's own carriers under the seller's existing terms. AdBox does not use carrier scans: the only proof we record is the seller scanning the code on each box as it is packed.

Damaged or short batches

If a box batch arrives damaged, incomplete, or in the wrong sizes, we replace it at no cost. Email adboxservice@hotmail.com with the batch reference.

Coverage

Regions for the pilot batch are agreed with the shops and brands in it. AdBox is run from the Netherlands; the FAQ covers where things stand.
