AdBox prints up to six brands on one shipping box, one per panel, and gives the boxes to webshops for free. The shop ships its orders as usual; every parcel carries the brands to the doorstep.

Brands book panels

Each brand books one or more of the six panels on a box. No brand can book a whole box.

Two sides, one box

Book a panel, not a whole box.

Your ad travels on real orders, to the door of people who just bought from a shop like yours. Up to five other brands share the box and its print run, so you pay for one panel, not a whole box.

You choose

  • One or more of the six panels
  • The box size: S, M, L or XL
  • Category and region to match on
  • Your artwork, with your own QR code

You get

  • Your print on every box in the batch
  • Each box registered as it is packed
  • A count of boxes registered as shipped

The rules

  • A box prints once all six panels are booked
  • No brand can take all six
  • Shops see the brands and can decline

For any shop

Nothing to install

No app, no plug-in, no account link. Your shop system never knows the difference.

Every channel, same boxes

Sell on Vinted on Monday and your own Shopify store on Tuesday: same stack of boxes.

One scan per box

Point any phone camera at the seller code as you pack. That is the whole workflow.

Standard sizes

Four sizes, S to XL. You order the ones you ship in.

Proof of shipping

We read the scans as a pattern: hundreds of boxes packed over two weeks look nothing like hundreds scanned in ten minutes.

This proves distribution: the box went out with an order. It does not prove anyone looked at your panel, and we won’t pretend it does.

Code 1 · seller

Scanned when the order is packed.

The webshop scans it at the packing bench, which registers the box as shipped. Any phone does it; no plug-in.

Code 2 · recipient

Faces whoever receives the box.

It belongs to the brands’ campaign. Whether to scan it is entirely up to the person holding the box.

Where we are

  1. Now

    Pre-launch

Founder-run from the Netherlands. Putting together the first pilot batch: no brands or shops signed yet.

  2. Next

    Founding partners

The first brands and webshops to join shape the pilot and are matched by hand, with them, before anything prints.

  3. Then

    Batch fills

Six panels booked, webshops accepted, artwork checked. Rates are set against real supplier quotes.

  4. Q4 2026

    First boxes ship

The first batch is planned to print and ship in the fourth quarter. Dates firm up as the batch fills.

Has this worked before?

On other packaging, yes. FreeWater, in Austin, gives away drinking water paid for entirely by ads on the packaging. That shows people accept the idea; the pilot is how we find out whether it works on shipping boxes.

If something here sounds too good, ask. We would rather say “not yet” than oversell.

About AdBox

Not yet. AdBox is pre-launch and putting together its first pilot batch, planned for Q4 2026. The first brands and webshops to join will be founding partners. We say this plainly everywhere on the site.
