Who we are
AdBox ("we", "us") operates this website and the AdBox advertising service. AdBox is a pre-launch project based in the Netherlands, run by its founder and not yet incorporated; the founder is therefore the data controller. This section will be replaced with the registered company name, number and address once the company is formed.

What we collect
- Application & contact data; what you submit through our forms: name, email, company details, and the content of your message or application.
- Technical basics: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) kept briefly for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell personal data, or build behavioural profiles of visitors. The irony is not lost on us: our advertising lives on boxes, not in your browser.
Why we process it
- To respond to applications and enquiries (contract preparation / legitimate interest).
- To match sellers, advertisers and designers within the pilot (contract performance).
- To keep the website secure and functioning (legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Applications and correspondence are kept while relevant to an active or potential collaboration, and deleted on request or when no longer needed. Server logs rotate on a short cycle.
Who receives it
Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) as processor. Data stays within services needed to run AdBox; we don't pass personal data to advertisers or other third parties without telling you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing. Email adboxservice@hotmail.com; we respond to every request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. See our GDPR page for details.
