How it works

How one shared box goes from up to six brands to real orders at real doors: what happens when, who does what, and the rules every batch follows. Everything is agreed in writing before anything prints.

The six steps

  1. 01

    Panels are booked

Brands choose a panel, a box size and the kind of shop they want to travel with.
  2. 02

    The batch fills

Nothing prints until all six panels on the box are booked. No brand can take all six.
  3. 03

    Shops accept

Matched webshops see every brand on the batch and accept or decline it.
  4. 04

    Print and ship out

Artwork is checked, the batch prints, and boxes go flat-packed to the shops.
  5. 05

    Orders go out

Shops pack orders as usual and scan the seller code on each box with any phone.
  6. 06

    Proof comes back

Each scan registers a box as shipped. Brands see the count, nothing more invented.

Who does what

The brand

  • Picks a panel, a box size and the kind of shop to travel with.
  • Supplies print-ready artwork on the dieline for that size.
  • Pays for the print of its panel.
  • Gets the count of boxes that shipped.

The webshop

  • Sees every brand on a batch and accepts or declines it.
  • Receives the boxes free, flat-packed.
  • Packs its orders as usual.
  • Scans the seller code on each box with any phone.

AdBox

  • Matches each batch to shops whose customers fit, by hand during the pilot.
  • Checks the artwork and prints once all six panels are booked.
  • Ships the boxes flat-packed to the shops.
  • Counts the scans and reports them, nothing more.

Ground rules

  1. 01

Nothing prints until the box is full.

A batch waits until all six panels are booked.

  2. 02

No brand takes the whole box.

One brand can book more than one panel, never all six.

  3. 03

    Shops choose what they ship.

Every brand on a batch is shown to the shop before it accepts.

  4. 04

A scan proves shipping, not attention.

It shows a box went out with an order. It never claims anyone looked.

The pilot batch is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Brands pick their panel first; webshops get the first free boxes.
